Appliance Shipping & Delivery

• Inside shipping

  All wrapped refrigerators include inside delivery to your room of choice, including removal of packaging materials and pallet debris upon delivery. Our delivery personnel are handy, but they’re not authorized to connect water lines or install appliances. To maintain the warranty, a plumber or handyman should connect the water line.

• Flat-rate shipping pricing is based on distance from Atlanta, Georgia (Zip Code: 30340). Current shipping tiers are as follows:

  • Less than 100 miles: $450
  • 101–300 miles: $700
  • 301–500 miles: $950
  • 501–800 miles: $1,250
  • 801+ miles: Please contact us for a custom shipping quote

  *Note: Shipping rates are subject to change at any time due to fluctuations in freight and diesel fuel costs. Freight carriers are charging an additional fee for remote area deliveries. This fee only applies IF the zip code for delivery is found to be in a remote area. Final shipping charges will be confirmed prior to order processing and fulfillment.

  $75.00 per 7 steps (above 5 steps)
• Expected Delivery timeframe: Allow 10-12 weeks for production. Add 2-3 weeks for inside shipping. NOTE: PLEASE ADD 2 WEEKS TO PRODUCTION TIME FOR BIG CHILL CUSTOM COLOR SELECTIONS.
